Audigy Group Wins Oregon 2015 Top Workplaces Award for Second Year in a Row

Local management service provider Audigy Group has been awarded a 2015 Top Workplaces honor by the Oregonian Media Group for the second year in a row.

The Top Workplaces award is based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.

Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

Since its inception 10 years ago, Audigy Group has been committed to creating a great organization for the members it serves by first creating a remarkable culture that celebrates innovative thinking, as well as the power of leadership and teamwork, and helping all those who are a part of the Audigy family to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals.
“The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it’s all about fancy perks and benefits,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. “But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day — the employees.”

Greg Damico, Heather Sager, Connon Samuel, Paul Paradise, Mike Halloran, Lindsay Ash, Dan Fick and Ashley Walker“Investing in our employees and fostering a healthy culture is the most critical component in making our vision for Audigy Group a reality,” says Audigy Group founder Brandon Dawson. “Our business is based on the quality of our relationships — not only with our members and partners but also with our own employees. Growing the right culture internally is the key to projecting Audigy’s unique value to business owners throughout the U.S. and Canada. Putting this type of growth first has been a fundamental principle of Audigy Group from day one, and I believe it has unlocked incredible business potential and limitless inspiration for our company. As a result, we have been recognized in Inc. magazine, Portland Business Journal, and Vancouver Business Journal for exceptional growth since 2008.”
